APH TÁTICO: PARTICULARIDADES DO ATENDIMENTO
Resumo
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo enfocar o surgimento do atendimento pré-hospitalar (APH) tático, as particularidades dos seus integrantes, e o emprego deste serviço nas forças armadas, a fim de disponibilizar, de forma
concisa, o conhecimento sobre o assunto aos médicos militares e a todos os profissionais da saúde. Tratará de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, exploratória. com forma de abordagem qualitativa; um resumo do tema revisado em livros que
abordem o assunto, aér-n de artigos publicados em periódicos e disponibilizados na rede mundial de computadores, compreendidos entre janeiro de 1 990 e julho 2010. Profissionais especializados nesse tipo de atendimento são
fundamentais para a Força Terrestre brasileira, uma vez que a atividade militar envolve inúmeros riscos, e há chance de, num conflito, militares serem alvejados gravemente. MÉTODOS: Pesquisa bibliográfica: resumo do tema revisado
em livros que abordem o assunto, além de artigos publicados em periódicos e disponibilizados na rede mundial de computadores, compreendidos entre janeiro de 1 990 e julho 20 10. Quanto ao objetivo, tratar-se-á de uma pes-
quisa exploratória; quanto ao objeto e procedimento técnico, pesquisa bibliográfica; quanto à forma de abordagem, qualitativa. Para a coleta de dados, serão utilizados Sites como PubMed, Science Direct e MD Consult. Nesses sites,
os artigos serão procurados conforme as palavras-chave tactical medicine, prehospital, trauma e militar)'. Serão utilizados artigos publicados entre janeiro de 1990 e julho de 20 IO. CONCLUSÃO: O atendimento pré-hospitalar tático
requer habilidades especiais inerentes a poucos profissionais médicos. O ambiente tático apresenta particularidades importantes, que devem ser conhecidas pelos profissionais que atuam nesse ambiente. Sendo assim, profissionais especializados nesse tipo de atendimento são fundamentais para a Força Terrestre brasileira.
