The decline of North American hegemony and the rise of a multipolar system: signs that come from the East

Abstract
The objective of this article is to analyze the deadlock of the resolution of Syrian conflict as a reflection of north-America hegemonic decline. As an interim response, it is argued that the crisis in Syria reveals not only the loss of power of the USA but also the growing of new centers of power (Russia and China) that has directly influenced international decisions.
