    In this Special Issue, RAN has compiled studies and research focused on technological advancements applied to health, quality of life, and the operational readiness of National Defense personnel. This aligns with the Ministry of Defense's Organizational Strategic Plan, which aims to promote the development of Science, Technology, and Innovation (ST&I), strengthen the human dimension, and improve physical and technological infrastructure. It is also consistent with the Army's Strategic Objective No. 14 (Enhancing the Army's integration with society) and Objective No. 12.1.4 (Advancing scientific research in Educational Institutions).
