This work intends to report the dynamics of school management in pandemic times, emphasizing the role of the manager in the articulation of actions that involve the entire school community. Through an analysis of the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP) and the pillars of education proposed by Delors, it seeks to understand how the interaction between management, teachers and community promotes a more inclusive and innovative educational environment. In addition, the work highlights the importance of pedagogical strategies, classroom management, and the development of subprojects that encourage engagement and the construction of a living and active school, even in challenging scenarios such as the pandemic.
