Geopolitical strategies as tools of energy independence: a case study of relations China Angola

Abstract
This research provides a discussion about the fundamental role of energy in a nation ́s economy and in the survival of a society, aware that the energy issue, as much as the water issue, will be the two main pressure forces over the National States governments on the 21stCentury. Under this geopolitical overview, will be studied the concerns about oil and natural gas markets, in order to establish the basis for the discussion about the key strategy of the Chinese government in to transform Angola in its new energy supplier.
