Main Article Content
Abstract
Development Strategy and Defense Strategy are inseparable and a driving force behind strategies is innovation. In a globalized world and without new asymmetric technologies that add to the old and increasingly natural hazards, an innovation becomes fundamental to promote economic growth, the power of technological technology and autonomy in sensitive areas. Competitors of weak innovation, Brazil is in the 69th position in the international ranking of the Global Index of Innovation and in the 99th place in the international ranking of the Rate of Innovation Efficiency. Using the Global Innovation Index references, the program aims to evolve into the Global Index of Innovation and Innovation Efficiency Assessment in the period from 2013 to 2017, to carry out actions on the large Brazilian companies of the National Innovation System. The results presented show that the world is becoming less innovative and more unequal. In the national context, the deterioration of innovation indices and the development of countries: Brazil is being pushed back.
