Main Article Content
Abstract
The object of this research was to determine the impacts caused by political, social and economics changes in the Post Cold War employing the military power and the consequent rebound to the organizational culture of the current military institutions.
The epistemological bias infers that such changes, conflicts and organizational culture are complex phenomena, suggesting an interdisciplinary approach, with theoretical contributions out of Political Science, International Relations, Geopolitics, Sociology, Military and Management Sciences. Regarding the methodology, the main world changes after the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the characterization of the contemporary military power employment were presented. It was then analyzed the consequences of the
transformations in the Armed Forces organizational culture using the theoretical framework about the subject. This article is supposed to be useful both to expand the academic debate associated with the emerging issue of culture in military organizations, and to introduce new researchers in concepts which can be interesting to the administration in military environments.
