Abstract

This article aims to understand how participation in the Fundação Osorio's diplomatic model contributes to the personal and academic development of its participants. For this, a questionnaire was requested through Google Forms for 99 participants, containing 10 items,
which were divided into three types for categorization. The grade / period of the participants was between the eighth year of elementary school and the seventh period of graduation, with the majority being high school students. Data analysis indicated that diplomatic simulations can
benefit their participants both in areas of knowledge and in interpersonal relationships developed from dialogue with other people. It is hoped that this work will serve as a subsidy that helps and encourages teachers, schools and administrators to create their own diplomatic
models, in order to favor the integral development of their students.
